Shipping within the UK is at a flat rate of £2.75 or free for orders over £70. Shipping within Europe is at a flat rate of £4.50 up to an order value of £50 and shipping worldwide is at a flat rate of £7.50 up to an order value of £50. If you are located out with the UK and your order comes to more than £50 please get in touch. Sorry but we cannot currently ship to the USA or Canada.

At Nappy Makers we aim to dispatch your real nappies and bamboo fabric within 3 working days of payment and would expect UK orders to arrive within 1-3 days of posting and orders to mainland Europe within 4-10 days. If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days please notify us. For your piece of mind we always obtain a certificate of posting when sending out goods.

We want you to be pleased with your modern cloth reusable nappies or bamboo fabric and if this is not the case simply return them to us within 14 days of receipt and in an unwashed and unused condition where upon we will issue a full refund or a store credit. When returning items please include a note of your name and address within the parcel so that we know who they came from. Please also ensure your returns are well packaged and that you include a return address on the outside of the parcel. We also recommend getting a certificate of postage for all parcels.

We are sorry but we cannot refund the cost of returning items to us.
